Ingredients: 
) FULL FAT MILK - 1/2 LTR 2) SUGAR - 8 TBSP 3) ORIO BISCUIT - 1 PACKET 4) CREAM - 3/4 CUP 5) VANILA  ESSENCE - 1/2 TSP 6) CORN FLOUR - 1 TBSP 7) GMS POWDER - 1 TBSP 8) CMC POWDER - 1/4 TSP 9) PISTA - 5-6 FINELY CHOPPED
Directions: 
Method Put a pan with milk on gas with high flame . Wait till it starts boiling. Meanwhile, mix all dry ingredients in milk which we have kept in another bowl. Keep watch on milk so that it dont get overflow during boiling. Add gms powder, cmc powder and corn flour . Mix well so that no lumps are formed. It will prepare thick milk with increased volume. When milk starts boiling, add thick milk which we have prepared from gms/cmc powder. Stir immediately so that no lumps are formed. Keep stirring till milk starts boiling. When it boiling then add sugar and mix well.  Boil it for 10 minutes at low flame. After 10 minutes, check consistency of milk by inserting flat spoon in it and if milk is creating coating over it then it is ready. Turn off gas.  Let it cool down to room temperature. After cool down, transfer base to air tight container. Close lid and put in freezer for 4-5 hours. After 5 hours, take it out and break it with spoon. Transfer it to big utensil .Add vanilla essence and fresh cream.  Whip it with whips ( Philips - 300 W blender ) till it become fluffy and almost double in volume. Need to whip for 7-8 minutes.  If it is fluffy , double in quantity the it is ready. Transfer half of base in air tight container for vanilla ice cream. Close lid and put in freezer for 8-9 hours. Take Orea biscuits and transfer them into zip lock plastic bag. Lock zip and fold. Put on platform and tap with rolling pin to break them into very small pieces. Add oreo powder into rest of base and mix well. Transfer to another air tight container and close lid. Put it in freezer for 8-9 hours. After 8 hours, take our from freezer and check if they area properly frozen. Take out ice creem scoops with scooper and serve in serving cups. Garnish vanilla ice cream with chopped pistacheo. Enjoy mouth watering taste of Vanilla and Oreo Ice cream..!!
