Ingredients: 
1) KACHCHI KERI ( MANGO ) - 1 2) SUGAR -4 TSP JUICE 3) MINT LEAVES - 3-4 4) JEERA POWEDER - 1/2 TSP 5) ICE CUBES - 3-4 6) SODA WATER 7) LEMON - 1 ( SLICES ) 8) SALT - TO TASTE 9) BLACK SALT - 1/2 TSP 10) GINGER - 1 SMALL 11) LEMON - 1 JUICE
Directions: 
Method Grate raw mango and ginger in a bowl. Take them in a mulmul cloth and squeeze to take out juice from it. You can use left over pulp in other dishes. Take juice in serving jar. Add sugar syrup, jeera powder, black salt, lemon juice, salt to taste, lemon slices and 3-4 mint leaves. Add ice cubes and soda water. Mocktail is ready. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slice and serve for refreshing mocktail in summer season.
