कडाई में टेस्टी सूजी बिस्कुट बनाने का अनोखा और आसान तरीका/ Biscuit Recipe / Suji Nankhatai In Kadai
Whole wheat cheela is healthy breakfast which can be made easily and instantly at home with my recipe.
1) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 1 CUP 2) BESAN - 1/2 CUP 3) POWDER SUGAR - 1/2 CUP 4) BLACK RAISIN - 1/2 CUP 5) GHEE - 1/2 CUP 6) SEMOLINA ( RAWA ) - 1.5 TBSP
Take a big bowl . Add ghee, powder suger. Stir well with hand of fingers for 5 minutes. With proper mixing mixture will become fluffy - creamy with increased quantity. Add all purpose flour , besan., semolina and black raisin. Mix them well to prepare dough. No need to use of milk to make dough. Put kadhai on gas with high flame. Add 2 cups of salt and spread evenly. Close lid and preheat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare biscuits. Take big lemon size lump in hand and roll it . press lightly and give round flat shape like peda. Prepare all biscuits in same way. We can prepare 11 biscuits. Take a greased plate and put all biscuits over it . After 10 minutes check kadhai . It is ready with preheat. Put hot stand at bottom and put biscuit plate on it. Close lid and bake for 25 minutes with low flame. Check after 25 minutes. Biscuits should be light brown in color at bottom then they are baked . Turn off gas. Let them cool down . Take them out in a plate . You can store in air tight jar. Enjoy very delicious taste.
