Ingredients: 
1) BABY POTATO - 15 2) KASHMIRI RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tbsp 2) TURMERIC POWDER -1/4 tsp 3) SALT - To taste 4) CURD - 1 cup 5) DRY KASHMIRI RED CHILLY - 6-8 whole 6) CLOVE - 4 7) CARDAMOM - 6 8) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 tbsp chopped 9) OIL - To fry 10) DRY KASH
Directions: 
METHOD Take a mixer jar and add kashimir red chillies. Grind them to make paste. Take it out in a bowl. Put a pan on gas with medium flame and dry masalas - Cinamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Jeera, Funnel seeds, coriander seeds and black pepper. Roast them for 1 minute and take out in a bowl. When they are cooled down, grind them in mixer and prepare powder. Take boiled potato and do small hole / marking with knife on it's surface. Prepare all potatoes in same way. Now add 3 tbsp oil in pan. When oil is hot, add boiled potatoes and salt and fry them till they become golden brown in colour. Take them out in a bowl. Now use same pan and add watermelon seed gravy, red chilly paste, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and mix them well. Bring down gas to low flame. Add curd and immediately stir so that curd dont get curdle. Keep stirring. Add salt, roasted masala powder and mix them well. When oil starts separating then add 3/4 cup of water and cook for 2-3 min. Add boiled potatoes and cook them till gravy starts boiling. Then turn off gas and coriander leaves. Mix them well. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves. Delicious Kashmir Dum Aloo is ready ..enjoy with Naan / Butter roti / Kulcha.
