Ingredients: 
1) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - MAIDA - 1 cup 2) CURD - 1/2 cup - mild 3) MILK - As needed 4) VANILLA ESSENCE - 1 tsp 5) PINCH OF SALT 6) BAKING SODA - 1 tsp 7) BAKING POWDER - 1/4 tsp 8) POWDER SUGAR - 3/4 cup 9) BUTTER - 1/4 cup
Directions: 
METHOD Prepare mould by grease with ghee. Sprinkle all purpose flour inside it. Put cooker on gas with high flame . Add 1 cup of used salt and spread. Put stand at bottom of cooker. Remove whistle from lid and close it . Keep it for preheat for 10 minutes. Take a bowl . Filter all purpose flour ,baking soda, baking powder and saltwith help of seive. Take another bowl and add powder sugar and mild curd. Mix them well. Add buttter and mix properly so that all ingredients are mixed. Stir it for 2 minutes in one direction so that it becomes fluffy. Add this mixture in all purpose flour mixture. Mix them well and keep stirring in one direction. Add little milk and stir. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix well. Keep batter consistency as thick flowing. Add batter in prepared mould. Tap it so that air bubbles are removed. Put mould into preheated cooker and close lid without whistle. Bake it for 20 minutes at medium flame. Check after 20 minutes by inserting knife into it. If it comes out without sticking then it is baked. Take it out and let it cooled down. After that take out cake from mould into a plate. Cut into desired pieces with knife. Enjoy eggless sponge cake. You can decorate it with whip cream design.
