1) CAULI FLOWER - 500 gm 2) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR - 2 CUP 3) OIL - FOR FRY 4) SALT - TO TASTE 5) GREEN CHILLY - 4 6) GINGER - SMALL 7) GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP 8) CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TSP 9) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/3 TSP 10) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/2 CUP Chopped
Cut Cauli flower into pieces and make florist. Take 2.5 cup of water in a pan. Put it on gas with high flame and add florist into it. Half close lid on it and cook let it boil. Take wheat flour in big bowl. Add salt, 1.5 tbsp oil and mix well. Keep adding little water and kneed to form smooth dough. Use 1 cup of water to make dough. Close dough and keep it for 10 minutes to set. Check cauliflower and they are boiled properly and crunchy then turn off gas. Take out in a plate and let them cool down. When they are cooled, grate them with grater . Take small lumps into hand and squeeze to remove water from it. Remove all water from boiled - grated florist. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger- green chilly paste, garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix them well. Here not used red chilly powder. Stuffing is ready now.
