Ingredients: 
1) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR - 2 CUP 2) FENUGREEK LEAVES - 1/2 CUP chopped 3) SALT - To taste 4) OIL - 2 tbsp 5)RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tsp 6) AJWAIN - 1/2 tsp 7) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp 8) GARAM MASALA - 1/4 tsp 9) JEERA POWDER - 1/2 tsp 10) OIL - For fry 11) CO
Directions: 
Take a big bowl and add wheat flour. Add salt, turmeric powder, jeera powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, ajwain, 2 tbsp of oil , chopped fenugreek seeds and garam masala, Mix them well. Keep addling little water and kneed to form stiff dough. Kneed dough for 3-4 minutes to make it soft. Close it and keep it for 10 minutes. After that add 1 tsp of oil and kneed for 3-4 minutes. Make lemon size lumps and give peda shape by pressing in hand. Put kadhai on gas with high flame and add oil for fry. Take peda  on working board with little oil. Roll it to make round puri . Prepare all puries in same way. When oil is hot, check it by inserting small lump of daugh. If it is coming up immediately then oil is hot enough - ready.  Add puri into it. Press lightly with flat spoon so that it become fluffy . Trun to other side and fry . When it is golden brown in colour and fluffy take it out in serving plate. Fry rest of puries in same way. Serve puries with pickle, tea and enjoy delicious taste.
