Ingredients: 
1) BREAD SLICE - 8 2) RICE FLOUR - 1/4 cup 3) RED CHILLY FLAKES - 1 tsp 4) BLACK SALT - 1/2 tsp 5) ROASTED JEERA POWDER - 1/2 tsp 6)SPINACH -1.5 cup finely chopped 7) OIL - To fry 8) SALT - To taste 9) LEMON JUICE - 1/2 tsp
Directions: 
Method Take a mixer jar and add bread slice pieces. Grind them to make bread crumbs. Take a bowl and add bread crumbs into it. Add spinach, red chilly flakes, jeera powder, salt to taste,lemon juice and rice flour. Mix them well. Add 1/4 cup of water and kneed properly to form smooth dough. Grease your hand with oil and take small lemon size lump. Roll it and then press little to make flat round of 2 inch. Then put it in a plate. Take cake nozzle ( You can use any bottle cap also ) and press bigger edge on center of tikki till bottom. Take it out. Now take out ring. Use left over cut part to make another tikkies. Prepare all tikkies in same way. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot add rings to fry. Fry till they become crispy. Take them out in a plate and fry rest of all rings. Serve in a plate with tomato sauce and green chutney and enjoy delicious crunchy taste..!!
