Ingredients: 1) POTATO - 4 boiled 2) ONION - 1 chopped 3) CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 tbsp chopped 4) SALT - To taste 5) GREEN CHILLY - 1 chopped 6) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 tsp 7) CORIANDER POWDER - 1/2 tsp 8) GARAM MASALA - 1/4 tsp 9) CHAAT MASALA - 1/4 tsp 10) O
Directions: 
METHOD Take a big bowl and add semolina ( Suji). Add curd , salt to taste and 1 cup of water. Mix well to prepare batter. Close lid and keep it to set for 15 minutes. Put a on gas with high flame. Add 1 tbsp oil. When oil becomes hot, add mustered seeds and jeera. When they starts crackling add chopped green chilly, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chopped onion. Mix them well. Fry for 2 minutes till onion become light brown in color. Add smashed boiled potatoes, garam masala, chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix them well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Stuffing is ready now. Turn off gas. After 15 minutes check batter. It should be ready. Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add 1 tsp of oil. Pour batter with help of serving spoon and spread to make it thick round. Fry till top layer is start changing color and then flip to other side.  Fry till it become crispy . Take it out in a plate. Fry rest of cheelas in same way. Take one cheela in a plate. Apply tomato sauce over it. Put 2 tbsp of stuffing and spread evenly. Fold it from one side and make roll. Prepare all rolls in same way. Cut roll with help of pizza cutter / knife into pieces . Serve them in plate with tomato sauce and enjoy mouth watering taste.
