Ingredients: 
1)  ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 2 CUP 2) SALT - TO TASTE 3) BLACK PEPPER POWDER - 1 TSP 4) SEMOLINA - 1 TBSP 5) GHEE-1/4 CUP 6) OIL -FOR FRY
Directions: 
Method Take all purpose flour in a bowl and add semolina, salt, black pepper power and oil. Mix them well. Keep adding water and kneed to form smooth dough like paratha. Need 1/2 cup of water. Kneed fro 3-4 minutes . Make 4 equal parts. Take one peda on rolling board and roll it with rolling pin and make big roti. With use of round mould of 2.5 inch, cut into round shape. Prepare all round shape. Use left over to make further shapes. With use of pizza cutter put cut to make 4 parts. Dont put cut at center part. Then put cut inbetween 4 parts and make 8 parts. Dont put cut at center part. Now press end of each part with finger & thumb to give petal shape. Do for all parts and make flower shape. Take knife and use top back end to make lines at enter of each petals. Flower shape is ready. Prepare all flowers like this. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot , add flower matharies for fry. Flip and fry them till becomes crispy and light golden in colour. Take them out in a plate and fry rest of matharies in same way. Store it in air tight jar when cooled down. Enjoy delicious crispy taste on Diwali festival and serve to your guests
