Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS : ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 2 CUP POWDER SUGAR - 1/4 CUP MAWA - 1 CUP ALMOND - 2 TBSP CHOPPED CASHEW NUTS -2 TBSP CHOPPED PISTA -1 TSP CHOPPED GHEE - 1/4 CUP CARDAMOM - 4 POWDER OIL FOR FRY SUGAR - 2 CUP
Directions: 
METHOD Take a bowl and add all purpose flour and ghee . Mix properly. Add little water and kneed to make smooth dough like paratha. Kneed for 3-4 minutes and put it a side by close lid over it. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add mawa. Bring down gas to low flame and roast it for 2 minutes. When ghee starts separating and becoming darker then take it out in another plate. When it is cooled down , add cardamom power, chopped dry fruits and powder sugar. Don't add sugar when mawa is hot otherwise it will melt. Mix well. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add sugar.Add 1-3/4 cup of water. Mix well. Keep stirring and boil it till it become sticky in between finger like gulab jamun. When it is ready, turn off gas. Add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and mix well. Close lid and put a side. Now make 10-12 equal parts from dough and make peda shape. Take one peda on rolling board and roll it with rolling pin to make big puri shape. Put 1 tbsp of stuffing on center of it and fold it from edges and bring them to center. Press it and fold it to down. Press it and make kachori shape. Prepare all kachories in same way. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot, add kachori for fry. Fry them till become crispy and golden brown in colour. Check and flip inbetween. Take them out in a plate when they are fried. Fry rest of all kachories in same way.
