Ingredients: 
Ingredients : 1)  SEMOLINA -1 CUP 2) CAPSICUM - 1 SMALL CHOPPED 3) ONION - 1 CHOPPED 4) CARROT - 1 GRATED 5) CABBAGE -1/4 CUP GRATED 6) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 CUP CHOPPED 7) PINCH OF BAKING SODA 8) SALT TO TASTE 9) GREEN CHILLY - 3 10) GINGER - 1 SMALL 1
Directions: 
Method Take semolina in a big bowl and add chopped cabbage, onoin, capsicum, grated carrot, ginger chilly paste, salt, pinch of asafeatida, coriander leaves and curd. Mix them well . Add little - 1 cup water and mix well to form smooth batter. Keep thick consistency. Keep it to set for 10 minutes by closing lid over it. After 10 minutes, batter is ready . Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. Take 1 tsp of oil and add into batter. Add baking soda and mix well for 3-4 minutes so that it become fluffy. When oil is hot , bring down gas to medium flame and add big lumps into it. Fry them till they are light golden brown in colour. Dont make crispy. Take them out in a plate. Fry rest of pakodas in same way. Let them cool down. Take a bowl and add water. Add 2 pakodas into it and keep for 2 minutes. After that squeeze them and put in serving plate. Pour curd over it. Pour temrind chutney, green chutney. Sprinkle red chilly powder, black salt, raosted jeera powder, chat masala, sev and pomagranate seeds. Pakoda chaat is ready for mouth watering taste.
