Ingredients: 
1) WHEAT FLOUR - 1/2 CUP 2) CREAM / MALAI - 1/2 CUP 3) COCONUT POWDER - 1/4 CUP 4) CARDAMOM - 4 POWDER 5) MILK - 1 CUP 6) SEMOLINA - 1 tsp 7) SUGAR SYRUP - 2 CUP (leftover)
Directions: 
Method Take a big bowl and add wheat flour,creame,coconut power,semolina, cardamom powder and mix them well. Keep addling little milk and prepare smooth batter of pouring consistency. Put a pan on gas with high flame and apply little ghee on pan cavity. I have used idli pan for frying. When pan is hot, pour batter with help of spoon into round cavities. Fry them till they form golden brown in colour. Flip it and fry for other side. Apply little ghee at edge. When they are golden brown in colour then take them out in a plate . Fry rest of mapluas in same way. Let them cool down. Now dip them in sugar syrup and keep for 2 minutes so that they abosrbs sugar properly and become sweet.  Do same for all. Serve them in a plate. Enjoy mouth watering healthy malpua.
