Ingredients: 
1) FULL FAT MILK - 500 ML 2) CORN FLOUR - 1/2 TSP 3) GULKAND -1 TSP 4) ROSE PETALS - 7-8 5) WHIP CREAME - 1/4 CUP 6) SUGAR -1/4 CUP 7) ROSE PETALS - 1/4 TSP  POWDER 8) BREAD SLICE -2  (CRUMBS ) 9) ROSE ESSENCE - 1/4 TSP METHOD
Directions: 
Take out 1/4 cup of milk out of 500 ml . Put rest of milk in pan on gas with high flame. When milk starts boiling, Add corn flour in 1/4 cup of mil and mix well and add into boiling milk. Bring down gas to low flame. Add rose petal powder and bread crumbs and mix properly. Boil it for 3-4 minutes. When it becomes thicker then add sugar, rose essence and Gulkand and creame and Mix well. When it become thick then turn off gas. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with dry rose petals. It can be put in freeze if you like cold otherwise enjoy delicious taste of Basundi.
