Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS 1) BESAN - 1 cup coarsely grinded 2) SUGAR - 1/2 cup 3) GHEE-1/2 cup 4) MILK - 1 cup 5) CARDAMOM POWDER - 5-6 6) CASHEW NUTS - 10-12 chopped
Directions: 
Method Put a pan on gas and add ghee. Turn on gas at low flame. When ghee is melted, add besan and roast it till it become golden brown in colour. Keep stirring continuously otherwise it may stick to pan. Add milk and mix well. When milk is aborbed and become thick paste, then add sugar. Mix well . When paste is forming in lump and ghee starts separating from pan then turn off gas. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Transfer it to serving plate . Garnish with chopped cashew nuts. Enjoy very delicious sweet for mouth watering taste.
