Ingredients: 
1 ) BESAN - 2 CUP 2) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP 3) PINCH  OF ASAFEATIDA 4)TURMERIC  POWDER - 1/4 TSP 5)BAKING  SODA - PINCH 6)SALT  TO TASTE 7)OIL - 1 TSP 8)OIL FOR  FRY
Directions: 
METHOD Take a bowl and besan, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, oil, baking soda, pinch of asafeatida. Keep adding little water and kneed to form soft dough. Dough should be softer than roti. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. Wash your hand. Take sev making machine and put sev plate into it. Grease bottom part of pressing handle. Add lump of dough into machine and fit handle with cap. When oil is hot, add sev from machine by rotating handle. Add sev in round shape. Fry it till it is crispy. Take out in a plate. Let it cool down. Break it into small pieces by crushing with hand. Delicious sev is ready. Store in air tight jar and use in any delicious dish in which it can add taste like..bhel, chat etc.
