Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS : 1) POTATO - 3 BOILED 2) CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TBSP CHOPPED 3) MUSTERED SEEDS - 1/2 TSP 4) ASAFEATIDA - 1/4 TSP 5) CORIANDER SEEDS - 1/2 TSP COARSLY GRINDED 6) CURRY LEAVES - 7 CHOPPED 7) PEANUTS - 10-12 8) RAISIN - 10-12 9) GINGER - SMALL 10
Directions: 
Method: Put a pan on gas with high flame.When oil is heated add musturd seeds ,coarsly grinded coriander seeds,asafeatida,ginger green chilly paste and curry leaves .Mix it well .Add peanut and roast peanut till it become brown.When peanut become brown add chopped onion mix it and roast till onion become light pink.Then add turmeric powder ,red chilly powder,garam masala,raisam and smashed potatoes and add salt to taste.Mix it well.Stuffing is ready and take it out in a big plate and make aloo boonda .Take a lemon size stuffing and make round ball. Put it in a plate. Prepare all aloo boonda left over stuffing. for making batter take a besan in a big bowl add cornflour, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste ,1 tsp oil and baking soda .Add little water and make flowing consistancy batter. batter is ready. Let starts making aloo boonda. For making aloo boonda add oil in wok and put it on gas with high flame.Oil is heated now.Add boonda in batter and coat it with batter properly and take a coating boonda and add one by one boondawith spoon. Keep the flame slow. Flip boonda .When boonda becomes cripps take out into a plate. Frie rest of boondas sameway. Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney
