Ingredients: 
1) WHEAT FLOUR - 1.5 CUP 2) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 CUP  Chopped 3) RADDISH - 1 BIG 4) CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TSP 5) DRY MANGO POWDER - 1/4 TSP 6) SALT - TO TASTE 7) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 TSP 8) GREEN CHILLY -1 9) GINGER - 1 SMALL 10) WHEAT FLOUR - FOR DUS
Directions: 
Take wheat flour in big bowl . Add salt and 2 tbsp of oil. Mix well. Keep adding little water and kneed to form soft dough. Kneed 3-4 minutes and prepare dough. Close it and keep it for 10 minutes. Take another big bowl and grate raddish. Take small lumps in hand and squeeze to remove water from it. Remove water from all grated raddish. Add salt to taste, mango powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, coriander leaves and ginger - chilly paste. Mix well. Stuffing is ready. Add 1 tsp of oil in dough and kneed well. Make 5 equal parts and make peda shape from them. Take one peda and dust with wheat flour. Roll it on working board with rolling pin and make roti shape. Put 2 tbsp of stuffing on center of roti. Lift roti from edge and bring to center. Press it and cut top extra part. Press it with hand and spread it. Dust it with wheat flour and roll it to make round paratha. Put a tawa on gas with high flame. When tawa is hot, put paratha for fry. When brown spots are formed then flip it . Fry till brown spots . Flip it. Add little oil over it and fry by pressing little with flat spoon. Flip it again and add little oil . Fry by pressing Fry till paratha became golden brown. Serve it with curd ,raita, green chutney etc.
