If you want to make something very delicious and quick breakfast then this is the best recipe which is make with semolina ( Sooji / Ravas ) with boiled potato .
Rava Namkeen Cake- Crispy Potato Rava Sooji Fingers- Crispy Potato
1) SEMOLINA - 1 CUP 2) POTATO - 1 BOILED 3) SALT - TO TASTE 4) GREEN CHILLY - 2 5) GINGER - SMALL 6) CHAAT MASALA - 1 TSP 7) TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP 8) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1/2 TSP 9) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 CHOPPED 10) OIL - AS PER NEED 11) CORN FLOUR -
Put a pan on gas with low flame. Add semolina. Roast for 2 minutes. Add 1.5 cup of water and mix well. Bring up gas to high flame. Keep stirring till it become thick dough form. Turn off gas. Transfer to another plat and let it cool down. Take a big bowl. Add smashed boiled potatoes. Add red chilly powder, ginger- chilly paste, turmeric powder, chaat masala, salt to taste, corn flour , coriander leaves, 1 tsp oil and dough of semolina. Mix them well with your hand. Take a grease plate and spread mixture in it. Spread evenly to with thickness of around 1 inch. Cut them into desired shapes - rantangle / square. Put a tawa on gas with high flame. Add 2 tbsp of oil . Put cakes over it as much as it can . Fry till they become golden brown in color from both sides . Keep flipping in between. Take them out in plate. Fry rest of cakes in same way. Serve them with tomato sauce / green chutney and enjoy mouth watering taste.
