Ingredients: 
1) CASHEW  NUTS - 100 gm 2) CASHEW NUTS - 1/4 cup ( For gravy) 3) WATERMELON SEEDS - 1/4 cup 4) GHEE - 2 tbsp / Butter 5) MAWA - 1/2 cup 6) CARDAMOM - 8 7) BLACK PEPPER - 12-14 8) CINAMON STICK - 2 9) CLOVES - 4 10) SA;LT - To taste 11) SUGAR - 1 tsp 12)
Directions: 
METHOD Put a pan on gas with medium flame and add all dry masalas in it. Roast it for 1-2 mn and take them out in a bowl. When are cooled down to room temperature, grind them in mixer. Take a pan on gas with high flame and add 1 cup of milk. Add cashew nuts and boil them for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring and bring down gas at low flame. After boiling take them out in a bowl. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add ghee. When ghee is hot then add gravy of cashew nut & watermelon seeds. Mix them well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add crumbled mawa and mix them well. Cook for 2 min. Add boiled cashew nuts with milk. Mix them well. Add salt, roasted dry masala powder, kasuri methi , sugar and creame. Mix them well. Stirr continuously till gravy starts boiling and ghee starts seperating from pan then turn off gas and transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with cashew nut pieces and Basin leaf / coriander leaves.
