Ingredients: 
1) FRESH RED CHILLY - 250 gm 2) GARLIC - 1/2 Cup 3) SALT - To taste 4) OIL - 1/3 cup 5) JEERA - 1 tbsp 6) ASAFEATIDA - PINCH 7) LEMON  - 2 ( Juice )
Directions: 
Cut all red chillies into pieces by removing seeds . Take mixer jar. Add chopped red chillies, 1 tsp of jeera, salt to taste, garlic. Grind them in mixer to make paste. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot, bring down gas to low flame. Add jeera, pinch of asafeatida and red chilly paste. Mix well. Close lid and cook till moisture is burnt out. When oil starts separating, turn off gas. Add lemon juice and mix well. When it is cooled down to room temperature, store in air tight jar. You can use it in many sabzi, dhokla, muthiya, chilla etc.
