Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS 1)  POTATO -4 BOILED 2) ONINON - 1 FINELY CHOPPED 3) CAPSICUM -1 CHOPPED 4) CARROT - 1/2 GRATED 5) SWEET CORN - 1/4 CUP BOILED 6) OIL 7) MAYONESE - 1 TBSP 8) KASHMIRI RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TBSP 9) OLIVE OIL - 1 TBSP 10) GINGER - 1 SMALL 11) G
Directions: 
METHOD Take a big bowl and add chickpea flour, all purpose flour , salt and curd, Mix them well. Add little water and stir well to form thick pouring consistency batter. Take a mixer jar and add chopped tomato, garlic, ginger , salt and red chilly powder. Grind them in mixer and make smooth paste. Take out in a bowl. Add vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well to make tomato chutney. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot add onion. Bring down gas to medium and fry for 2 minutes. Then add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes. Then add grated carrot and cook for 1 minute. Mix them well. Add salt and 1 tbsp tomato chutney and smashed potato. Mix well. Turn off gas. Stuffing is ready. Put a tawa on gas with high flame. Add baking soda in batter and mix well. Add 1 tsp oil on tawa and pour batter on tawa with help of serving spoon. Spread it to make round shape. Fry till become cripsy and golden brown in colour from both side. Check and flip in between. When fried, take out in a plate and fry rest of rolls in same way. Add mayonese sauce in tomato chutney and mix well. Take a roll in a plate and apply tomato cutney. Put 1 tbsp of stuffing in center of roll and fold it from edge to make spring roll. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney and enjoy very delicious taste.
