Aloo Ki Sabzi(quick Breakfast Recipe)

My easiest way to cook an aloo ki sabzi.

Ingredients: 
Aloo ( potato) - 4 pieces
Onion - 1 piece
Green pea - 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Red chilli - 2 pieces
Tomato - 1 piece
Panch phoren - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
Mustard oil - 4 tablespoon
Directions: 
Chop potatoes, onion and tomato in small pieces and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add Panch phoren and whole red chilli. Let it crackle and then add chopped onions.
Fry the onions till it becomes translucent. Then add potatoes, tomatoes, green pea, turmeric powder, salt and 1/2 cup of water.
Put the lid on and pressure cook up to two whistles
Your aloo ki sabzi is ready to serve with puri or chapattis

You can add green coriander leaves to enhance the taste
