Alyache Raira ( Ginger Raita)
Did you ever tried making raita with ginger? It is recipe which is good for digestion and gives you a gingerly taste.

Ingredients:
2 inch piece of Ginger
¼ fresh Coconut
1 Green Chilli
1 bowl Yogurt ( fresh and not too sour)
Coriander leaves ( not must ,though green adds colour to plate )
Directions:
Grind all ingredients to fine paste adding little water, except yoghurt.
Take half portion of this paste and add to yoghurt.
You can keep the remaining paste in fridge.
At the time of serving mix salt and the remaining paste.
Serve with regular dal and rice.
