Mixed vegetable in coconut and yogurt gravy

Ingredients: 
1 drumstick
250 gm.pumpkin
2 carrots
100 gms green beans
100gms courgette/ lauki
1 raw banana
100gm sooran
250 gm fresh coconut
2 green chilli
1 inch ginger
2 clove garlic
Curry leaves
Mustard seed
1 tbsp oil
2 tbspn yogurt
Salt to taste
1 tspn turmeric
4-5 baby corns
Directions: 
Cut all the veggies into equal sizes and boil with salt. Don't pressure cook.cook in vessel
Make a paste of coconut green chilli ginger and garlic
Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and let it crackel
Add curry leaves and turmeric
Add coconut paste and sauté it for 1 min
Add booked veggies to it and give a mix adding salt to it
Sauté it for 1 min till all veggies combined with each other
Switch off the flame and as the mixture cool down slightly add yogurt and give a nice mix
Switch on the flame and cover the vessel with lid . Give a steam for 2 min and after two min open the lid. Avial is ready to be served with sambar rice
Footnotes: 
Add yogurt when the veggies are slightly cooled down or else the yogurt will be curdled
Can add veggies or your choice in this recipe.
