Bellam Khaju (cashew Chikki)

Bellam means jaggery and khaju means cashews. This is a very special and simple dish.

Ingredients: 
Jaggery -100g
Cashew nuts-200g
Water -2 tablespoons
Ghee -2 tablespoons
Directions: 
Take a bowl add powdered Jaggery in it. Heat on medium flame till it melts. Add 2 tablespoons of water.
After melting small bubbles will began to appear. Add cashews in it.
The mixture becomes sticky after adding cashews so mix it quickly and switch off the stove.
Take a plate & spread ghee uniformly. Put the mixture on the plate and spread it.
After cooling, cut into small pieces and enjoy.
