Boiled Spicy Mango

Healthy and vegan dish. It's just a time pass dish.

Ingredients: 
1 cup chopped boiled Green Mango
A cup of crushed Ginger, Garlic, Chillies and Shallots
Salt and curry leaves to taste
1tsp chilly powder
1tsp Coriander powder
Pinch of Turmeric
3tsp Oil
Few Mustard seeds
Directions: 
In a pan pour oil and splutter mustard. Along with it put cup of chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies and shallots and mangoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Then add all the curry powders ,curry leaves, salt and cook well for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or can be eaten alone
Footnotes: 
If pan is drying quickly then add 2 cups of water for not getting fried
