Bread Biriyani

This recipe you can make from your leftover bread..really yummy and healthy

Ingredients: 
5 slices of Brown bread
1 cup chopped Onions, Carrots, Green Peas, Tomatoes, Capsicum
Half tsp Ginger Garlic paste
2tsp garam masala
Few Bay leaves, Coriander leaves
4tsp Ghee
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cooked Brown rice
Directions: 
In a kadai pour ghee and add all veggies and chopped bread slices.
Fry for 10minutes.Then add garam masala bay leaves and close the lid.
Add cooked Brown rice and mix well by adding salt and pepper.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with Raita and pickle
Footnotes: 
You can lime juice on top of the biriyani for extra flavor
For non vegers you can add egg, meat, chicken of your choice
