Paneer – 250 gms
Sugar – 1 Cup
Water – 1/3 Cup
Green Cardamom Powder – ¼ tsp
Take paneer and cut into small cubes.
Take a non sticky pan and add sugar and water. Turn on the flame and stir well.
Make one thread consistency syrup.
Now add paneer cubes and cook till the syrup coats the cubes well.
Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from the heat.
Keep swirling the pan till the cubes are thickly coated with the syrup and separated from each other.
Lift the pan and place on a jali stand.
Once it is cool down, arrange into a serving plate or bowl and serve.
