Creamy Paneer ( Cottange cheese in creamy gravy)
A tempting paneer dish, with a creamy flavour.
Paneer (cottage cheese) - 500 gms cubed
Onion - 2 chopped
Tomatoes - 3 chopped
Capsicum - cubed 2
Cream - 200gms
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder -1 tbspn
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbspn
Kasuri Methi - 1 tbspn
Oil - 2tbspn
Fresh coriander leaves.
In a Kadhai heat oil,then add the onions and saute till transparent in texture,
Then add the tomatoes and salt together and let it cook evenly.
Add the kasuri methi crushed neatly, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Add the capsicum cubes and mix again.
Lower the flame and add the cream and mix it,
Simmer for 2 mintues and then add paneer cubes and fold it in the gravy slowly,
Do not break the paneer, be gentle.
Garnish with coriander leaves. and serve with Phulka (roti) or Parantha.
