Dripping Chocolate Overloaded Cake..

Valentine's day is in complete without chocolate cards and roses..so my recipe dedicated to all lovers.. dripping chocolate overloaded cake filled with roasted walnuts mousse and garnish with chocolate curls and chocolate strawberries..so surprise your love once with this beautiful drooling dripping chocolate cake..full sinful..

Ingredients: 
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 cup oil
1 cup and 2 tbsp more cocoa powder
1 cup sour curd and 1 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla essence
For chocolate ghanche..
1 1/2 cup chopped baking chocolate
1 cup heavy cream or full fat cream
For roasted walnuts chocolate mousse
1/2 cup chocolate ghanche whipped add 2 tbsp whipped cream
For chocolate curls and chocolate strawberries
1/2cup baking chocolate melted with double boiler method
12-15 fresh strawberries wash and dry
2tbsp sugar syrup or strawberry jam
Directions: 
First seive dry ingredients like flour cocoa powder salt baking soda in a bowl..in another bowl add sugar sour oil vanilla essence and mix well..
Mix both wet and dry ingredients and beat it with help of beater..pour it in greased pan and bake it in preheat oven at 180'C for 40to 45 minutes..
Meanwhile we will work on chocolate ghanche..I made chocolate ghanche day before and keep it on kitchen slab cover it with cling over night.. heat cream in a pan.. pour it over chopped baking chocolate cover it and let it sit for 30 seconds.. after it mix it well..till shiny.keep it in fridge if you make instant for at least one hour..
For walnuts chocolate mousse.. whipped 1/2 cup chocolate ghanche add roasted walnuts and mix well.. keep it in fridge..
For chocolate curls and chocolate strawberries..melt 1/2cup of baking dark chocolate by double boiler method..for chocolate curls spread 2 tbsp melt chocolate on flat surface with help of spatula let it dry..when its not completely dry let roll it with help of scrapper and keep these chocolate curls in fridge.
Keep out cake from oven let it cool..cut it horizontally equally.. spread sugar syrup filled with roasted walnuts chocolate mousse..
Dip strawberries in hot melted chocolate and let them dry..now assembled the cake..
Cover it with chocolate ghanche and decorate it with chocolate curls and chocolate strawberries.. drip chocolate ghanche at the edge of cake and surprise your loved ones with this beautiful drooling dripping chocolate overloaded cake.

Chocolate curls and chocolate strawberries are optional..I used two cake recipe..if you want to make small cake use half quantity of cake ingredients....
