Easy Home Made Schezwan Sauce

Schezwan Sauce is a spicy sauce used mostly in chinese recipes like Schezwan Fried Rice, Noodles etc. It is very easy to make and you can make it quickly with my recipe here. It is made from dried red chiili, garlic and ginger paste, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar.

Ingredients: 
Dry red chilli( Whole)-100 gm
Garlic cloves( paste-50 gm 3)
Ginger( paste)-25 gm
Vinegar-1 tbsp
Salt as per taste or 1 tsp
Cooking oil-1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Directions: 
Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. Once the oil is smoking add garlic & ginger paste and stir it till it turn lightly golden.
Add chilli paste and cook it properly till oil starts separating from paste.
Add salt to taste and add sugar. Turn of the gas and add vinegar immediately .
When it cool down, transfer it to Jar. Schezwan Sauce is ready!
