Egg Tikka (Egg Tawa Fry)

Ingredients: 
Eggs – 4 hard boiled, peeled
Oil for -frying
For Coating:-
Rice flour – 2 tablespoon
Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 2 tablespoon
Pinch of edible Orange color
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves – chopped
Chat masala – ½ teaspoon
Directions: 
Cut the boiled eggs into halves, lengthwise and keep them aside.
Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the batter i.e. rice flour, pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, color, ginger and garlic paste with very little water. Consistency should be thick.
Heat 2-3 tablespoon of oil in a pan, dip the eggs in the batter and fry until light golden brown on both sides.
Remove the eggs from pan.
Sprinkle the chat masala and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
Footnotes: 
Instead of rice flour, you can use gram flour also.
