Ingredients: 
1) SAMA RICE - 1/2 cup 2) RAJGIRA FLOUR - 2 tbsp 3) SINGHADA FLOUR - 4 tbsp 4) SAGO FLOUR - 3 tbsp 5) POTATO -1 6) GREEN CHILLY -2 7) GINGER - SMALL 8) CORIANDER LEAVES - 1/4 cup chopped 9) SENDHA SALT - To taste 10) RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 tsp 11) OIL - Fo
Directions: 
METHOD, Put a pan on gas with high flame and add 2 cups of water, salt, ginger - chilly paste and sama rice. Mix them well and let it boil. Keep stirring till become thick paste. After that take out in a plate and let it cooled down properly. Take a big bowl and grate potato into it. Add red chilly powder, peanuts, coriander leaves, rejgira flour,singhada flour, sendha namak and sago flour. Mix them properly. Add sama paste and mix well and form dough. Grease your hand and take lemon size lump in hand and roll it to form round flat shape. Prepare all cutlets in same way. Put a pan on gas with high flame and oil. When oil is hot, add 3-4 cutlets and bring down gas to medium flame. Fry them till they become crispy and golden brown in colour. Take out in plate. Fry rest of cutlets in same way.
