Raita is a complimentary recipe which go along with rice, or pulaw or biryani. It not only adds to the wholeness of the main course but it is known for digestive properties. As most of the raita consist of curd which is considered as a digestive element.

Ingredients: 
Pineapple 10 grams (cut in 1/2 inch square)
Papaya 10 grams (cut in 1/2 inch square)
Apple 10 grams (cut in 1/2 inch square)
Banana 10 grams (cut in 1/2 inch square)
Nuts (cashew and raisins) 10 grams
Sour curd 2 cups
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Black salt 1/2 tablespoon
Roasted cumin powder ½ tablespoon
Roasted red chilli powder ½ tablespoon
Chat masala 1 tablespoon
Directions: 
Whisk the curd with sugar and black salt in a bowl.
Add all the fruits and keep it in the refrigerator.
Before serving, top it with roasted cumin powder, roasted red chilli powder and chat masala.
