Ingredients: 
INGREDIENTS 1) CARROT - 500 gm ( grated ) 2) MAWA - 250 gm 3) SUGAR - 250 gm 4) CARDAMOM - 5-6 5) CASHEW NUTS - 12 chopped 6) ALMONDS - 12 chopped 7) RAISIN - 15 (8 1/4  cup ghee
Directions: 
Take a cooker add grated carrot and sugar mix properly and close the cooker.Turn on gas with high flame cook for 2 whistles .After 2 whistles turn off gas and let it cool down .Lets open itTurn on gas with high flame cook it water gets burn now water is burnt out bring down gas flame to slow i have burnt water on high flame and cooked for 5 minutes add grated mava mix well and add ghee and raisin, cardamom powder cashunut and chopped almonds mix properly. Halwa is ready turn off gas . Mouth watering halwa is ready...
