GARAM MASALA ( WITHOUT CHILI)

This Garam Masala can be used in any dish. You can use this for marination. Also if you want to make chicken, mutton in green paste; you can add this garam masala instead of Red Chilli Garam masala.
In veg you can make Jeera Aaloo, Baigan Bharta, Bhindi masala, Paneer Jalfrezi, Dal Fry etc.

Ingredients: 
CORANDER SEEDS 750 GMS
FENNEL SEEDS 50GMS
BLACK PEPPERCORNS 50 GMS
CLOVES 20 GMS
CINAMON 20GMS
BLACK CARDOMOM 10 GMS
GREEN CARDMOM 20GMS
STAR ANISE
BEY LEAF 20 GMS
JAYPATRI 10 GMS
Directions: 
Sun dry all spices separately for a day.
Heat little oil in the pan and roast each ingredient separately on low flame till nice aroma is given out.
cool and grind to a powder. Cool and store in airtight dry container.
