Garlic Chicken In Green Chutney
Grilled garlic chicken cooked in curd gravy with herbs
250 gm Boneless Chicken pieces
8-10 Garlic cloves
2 Green chillies
Handfull of Coriander leaves
2 small size Onions
1 cup Curd
Half cup Mint leaves
2 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 cup Oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper powder
Finely chop the garlic cloves and mix with salt, pepper, 1/4 cup curd and little oil. Marinate chicken with this mix for 1 hr.
After 1 hr grill marinated chicken pieces on a gas tandoor for 20- 25 mins. You can bake it in otg at 150°C for 25-30 mins.
For gravy : Grind onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and mint leaves to make paste.
Heat oil in a cooking pot and fry the paste till it starts leaving oil.
Add curd, spices and grilled chicken pieces. Cover and cook for 10-15 mins.
Garnish with pomegranate and curd.
