Golden potato banana fingers
Golden potato banana fingers are healthy easy and yummy snacks for instant hunger..kids session break holidays now start..and after playing instant snacks craving so I made these yumm potatoes banana fingers for my kids..they enjoyed it alot
3-4medium size potatoes boiled peeled and meshed
2 raw banana boiled peeled and meshed
2 tsp Red kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp grated Ginger
1 bunch chopped fresh coriander
1 tbsp chaat masala
1-2green chilli chopped
Salt to taste
2 tbsp corn flour
Oil for frying
First boiled potatoes and raw banana 3-4whistles .. switch off the gas..let pressure come out let it cool now peeled it and meshed it..
In a big bowl add meshed potatoes and raw banana add chilli powder chaat masala Ginger green chilli chopped coriander salt and corn flour..mix well..make a dough out of it
Divide the dough in equal balls and make finger shape sticks out of it..heat oil in a pan.. when oil is hot enough..
Fry these potatoes banana fingers till golden brown in color from both sides.. keep it out on paper towel.. serve hot with your favourite sauce ketup or green chutney..
