Golden Potato Banana Fingers
Golden potato banana fingers are healthy easy and yummy snacks for instant hunger..kids session break holidays are on and after playing they get hungry. So I made these yummy potatoes banana fingers for my kids..they enjoyed it alot
3-4medium size Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
2 Raw Banana boiled peeled and meshed
2 tsp Red Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tsp grated Ginger
1 bunch chopped fresh Coriander
1 tbsp Chaat masala
1-2 Green Chilli chopped
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Corn flour
Oil for frying
First boil potatoes and raw banana for 3- 4 Whistles. Switch off the gas..let pressure come out and let it cool. Now peel it and mash.
In a big bowl add mashed potatoes and raw banana. Add chilli powder, chaat masala, Ginger, green chilli, chopped coriander, salt and corn flour..mix well..make a dough out of it.
Divide the dough in equal balls and make finger shape sticks out of it. Heat oil in a pan.
Fry these potatoes banana fingers till golden brown in color from both sides.. keep it out on paper towel.. Serve hot with your favourite sauce or green chutney..
