Green Peas and Soya Chunks Kebabs

This is a simple and easy kebabs with few available ingredients in the kitchen. I have used very less oil for this kebabs. I don't have skewers in my kitchen, so we made these kebabs in toothpicks. Try this quick and easy appetizer.

Ingredients: 
1 cup Fresh Green Peas
2 medium Potatoes
3/4 cup Soya chunks
2 Green chillies
1 tsp chopped Ginger
1/4 cup chopped Coriander leaves
1 tbsp chopped Mint leaves
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/tsp Black salt
4 Bread slices
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Chat masala powder
2 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Oil
Salt
Directions: 
Pressure cook the potatoes for 2 whistles. Allow them to cool. Peel the skin and grate it finely or mash it.
In a small bowl add soya chunks and boiling water and keep it covered for 15 minutes. .
After 15 minutes drain the water completely and wash it in the cold water for 3 to 4 times. Then squeeze the water completely. Take a big mixer jar and add the fresh green peas. Grind it without any water. Remove the paste from it. In the same jar add the squeezed soya chunks to it and grind it without any water.
Again add the bread slices, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, green chillies and chopped ginger. Grind it nicely without any water.
In a wide bowl mix the grounded green peas, grounded soya chunks and mashed potatoes. Mix them evenly. Next add powdered bread mixture, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp chat masala powder, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp corn flour and required salt. Mix well everything together.
Now divide the dough into equal balls. Make each ball in cylindrical shape and slowly insert a toothpick in it. Repeat the process for the entire dough. 
Heat a tbsp of oil in a flat pan. Now keep the prepared kebabs on it and fry them rolling on all sides until golden on all sides. Fry 4 or 5 kebabs for each batch. Do not place more than 5.   
Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
