Honey Mustard Chicken In Lemongrass
2 medium size Onions finely paste
5-6 Green Chilli chopped
2 table spoon Mustard seeds paste
2 tspn Honey
2 tablespn Lemon grass roughly chopped
Mustard Oil for cooking
2 tblspn Vinegar
Salt to taste
Pinch of Turmeric powder
Marinate chicken with vinegar, salt, lemon grass, onion paste, green chilli, turmeric powder for 3-4 hrs.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add the marinated chicken. On the medium flame cook slowly till oil separates and chicken is 90% cooked.
Add Mustard seeds paste. Sauté till chicken is fully cooked.
Add honey and ghee. Turn off the flame.
Serve hot with rice.
