Jhal Muri (spicy Puffed Rice)

Jhal Muri is Bengali version of Bhel Puri. It can be put together in minutes and requires no cooking. Its one of my favorite snacks

Ingredients: 
3 Cups Muri/Kurmura (Puffed Rice)
1/2 Cup Farsan/ Chana Chur (Indian spicy snack mix) available in any Indian grocery store
2 Tbsp roasted peanuts
1 Tbsp Finely chopped green chili
2 Tbsp Finely chopped red onion
1 Tsp Mustard Oil (Sarso tel)
1/2 Tsp Any Pickle oil (Optional)
5 Tbsp Nylon Sev (Fried bengal gram vermicelli)
1 Tbsp coriander
2 Tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
Directions: 
In a large bowl mix all the above ingredients, season with salt
Check seasoning and garnish with some more coriander and sev
Jhal Muri is ready! Serve immediately as the Muri starts getting soggy
