Ingredients: 
Cottage cheese 250 g
Salt to Taste
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tablespoon
cashew paste 1 tablespoon
Poppy seeds paste - 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala- 1/2 tablespoon
Refined oil - 6 tablespoon
Directions: 
Cut the cottage cheese into small pieces. Put them in boiling water for 5 mintues , take out and keep aside.
Take a pan add oil to it , wait till it get hot ,add cumin seeds and let it splutter .Add poppy seeds paste ,salt ,garam masala ,red chilli powder,and cook it for 5 minutes.
Now add cashew paste and add cottage cheese and stir it nicely .
Finally ass 1 cup water and cook for 10 mintues . Serve hot with naan roti.
