Kale Chane Ke Kebab( Black Gram Kabab)

These kebabas are rarely found in restaurants but can be a great veg starter option. These are easy and delicious.

Ingredients: 
Boiled Kale Chane (Black gram) 1 cup
Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic pods 4-5 cloves
Green Chilies 3
Salt to taste
Pinch of Sugar
Oil for shallow frying
Directions: 
In mixer grind together green chilies, garlic and boiled channe. Add a little water just enough to help bind the kebabs together.
Mix salt, sugar and garam masala powder. Make small round balls or give the kebabs a tikki shape.
Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the kebabs on both sides for 3 mins each.
Serve hot with ketchup or pudina chutney

You can also cook in oven for 15 mins on 200 degrees
