Ingredients: 
Aloo mashed 7 pieces
Minute sliced green chillies
1 cup coriander leaves
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp Red chillies powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp chat masala
2 cup bengal gram flour
Directions: 
Mash aloo in a plate and add pomegranate,jeera,minute green chillies,salt,red chillies powder,chat masala and mix the batter.
Now make round round balls
Now in a separate bowl take 2 cup bengal gram flour ,add salt ,oil and mix with water and make a batter.
Now in this batter add the aloo balls .
Now in a kadai add oil and once it is hot add the aloo kofta in it.
Turn the kofta until it turns red both sides.
The kofta is ready to be served with pudina chutney and sauce.

To prepare soft kofta we added little oil in bengal gram flour
