Ingredients: 
1) Bhindi ( Ladies Finger ) - 250 gm 2) Suji - 1/2 tbsp 3) Besan - 1-1/2 tbsp 4) Rice Flour  1 tbsp 5) Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp 6) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 7) Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp 8) Salt - To taste 9) Ajwain ( Carom Seeds) - 1/4 tsp 10) Oil - To fry
Directions: 
Wash Bhindi properly and let it dry properly. Take one bhindi and cut both ends with knife. Cut it vertically in two parts. Take out seeds from it . Now cut it from center vertically and again cut from center horizontally so that it form 4 pieces. Do same for all bhindies and prepare cut pieces. Take bowl and add Bhindi pieces, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, salt to tase, besan, Suji, Rice flour and ajwain. Mix them well. Now add lemon juice and mix them properly so that masala is getting stuck to bhindi pieces. Put a pan on gas with high flame and add oil. When oil is hot add masala bhindi pieces into it. Take care that all pieces are added separately so that it don't stick to each other during fry. Fry them till they form golden brown colour in masala by keep turning at all sides. Now take out in serving plate. Fry rest of bhindies. Our delicious kurkurin Bhindi is ready for mouth watering taste.
