Ingredients: 
Grated tofu or paneer 2 cups
Dried coconut powder or grated coconut 1 cup
Chopped almond and cashew nut
White pepper powder ½ tbsp
Nutmeg powder 1 tsp
White flour 4/5 tbsp
Oil for deep fry
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
INGREDIENT FOR CURRY
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Cashew nut paste 2 tsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Mitha ator few drops or rose water 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Refine oil 2 tsp
Sugar ½ tbsp
Directions: 
PROCESS FOR KOFTA Mix all ingredients of kofta except oil Make medium size balls Heat oil and deep fry the balls and keep aside on a kitchen towel
PROCESS FOR CURRY Heat oil and add ginger and cashew nut paste, cook for few seconds . Add tomato puree and salt & sugar . Add garam masala powder and kofta . Add mitha ator or rose water . Serve with pullao
