Lal Pudina cutlets (Beetroot & mint tikkis)

An amazing blend of beetroot, mint and potatoes. Here are my diwali cutlet recipe

Ingredients: 
Beetroot 1
Potatoes 2
Garam Masala 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
Coriander chopped 5 tbsp
Mint finely leaves chopped 3 Tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Directions: 
Boil potatoes, peel and mash them
Boil Beetroot and chop as fine as you can
In a bowl, take potatoes, beetroot and all other ingredients
Mix well
The mixture needs to bind together well. If it is not coming together well add some besan
Make flat round shape of the mixture and coat with bread crumbs
deep fry till golden
serve hot with green chutney

You may skip the mint leaves if you prefer only beetroot and potatoes cutlets
