Malai Ladoo Or Paneer Ladoo

Holi is around to come and I am wondering what to make this holi festival special with no fuss and easy peasy sweet..here this Recipe come to my mind.. Eggless gluten Free full of calcium Malai ladoo or paneer ladoo..can make in less time and ofcourse finish in supe less time.. infact kids will gonna love these healthy super yummy Malai ladoo..

Shikha Gupta's Secret Indian Recipe !

10 minutes..if making paneer at home than 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 
15 minutes

Ingredients: 
250 gm fresh homemade paneer or dairy fresh paneer.. not frozen..
1/2cup or 125 ml condensed milk or add little more as per your sweet level
1tsp cardamom powder
2-3 drops of rose essence
For garnish
1tbsp pistachios sliced
10-12 kesar strands soaked in milk
Directions: 
First grate fresh Paneer and make it smooth
Heat a pan add condensed milk add grated paneer
Add cardamom powder and Rose essence
Mix well and keep stirring till the mixture started leaving sides of pan..and become thick
Switch off the flame and let it little cool to handle it by hands..
Make ladoo out of this mixture and garnish it with pistachios and kesar..
This holi enjoy your festival with these easy but yummy sweet Malai ladoo..
Footnotes: 
I suggest to use Home made fresh paneer..if can't make at home than use dairy fresh paneer but not use frozen paneer..for good taste..sweet level can increase as per your taste..
