Mango Bhapa Doi
1 cup thick hung curd or Greek yougurt
1 cane condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup thick mango puree
12-15 Blanch and sliced pistachios
Preheat oven at 180'C and put water on baking tray..
In a big bowl add condensed milk add mango puree add milk add hung curd (make sure water strain from curd).Mix well
Pour it in oven proof bowl..Garnish it with pistachios..Put this bowl on water tray.
Bake it for 20-25. Minutes.. Let it cool and keep it in fridge over night for chilling..
Serve chill..Yummy Mango Bhapa doi ready.
Keep curd in muslin cloth for at least 1 hour to keep out all water from yogurt...
